Why aren't pictures shipped? 

Pictures are a collection only item as they are very fragile to be shipped individually. If the order is over £750, we can arrange a pallet delivery which is safer and would arrive with all the pictures secured in place.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns. If you are unhappy with item, please return it to us in the original condition. once the item has been received and inspected, a refund i processed. Please note that the customer has to pay for return item.

What if the item arrives damaged?

We take care in ensuring the the item is well-packaged and secure. In a rare event of the item arriving damaged, please email me at info@downtownaccessories.com with pictures within 24 hours so that we can start the return process for you.

How do I arrange for pick-up only items?

To arrange collection of any item that is a pick up only, please email us at info@downtownaccessories.com  once the order has been placed  and we will arrange a time that works for you. 

Why does my item look different to the pictures on the website?

Each item is unique and won't always look the same some as pictures posted on the website as the items are rustic/colours/shine/natural woods.

I did not receive the item in original packaging. Is this unusual?

Most items will come with their original packaging but at times, they will be sent in different packaging as we open and inspect each item to ensure it passes our quality check. In other event, we replace the original packaging with better packaging should we think it's necessary in order to make it arrive to you safely.

What is the normal delivery time?

We aim to package the item securely and dispatch it within 3 working days. Depending on the item purchased, we will send it through the fastest courier. We will provide you with tracking information where possible.
