DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION ALL ORDERS ARE TAKING LONGER TO PROCESS WHICH WILL EXTEND DELIVERY TIMES,WHICH IS UNFORTUNATELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE.

We aim to package the item securely and dispatch it within 3 working days. Depending on the item purchased, we will send it through the fastest courier. We will provide you with tracking information where possible.

Returns

Yes, we do accept returns. If you are unhappy with item, please return it to us in the original condition. once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed. Please note that the customer has to pay for return item.

We take care in ensuring the the item is well-packaged and secure. In a rare event of the item arriving damaged, please email me at info@downtownaccessories.com with pictures within 24 hours so that we can start the return process for you.

Pick-up only items

Pictures are a collection only item as they are very fragile to be shipped individually. If the order is over £750, we can arrange a pallet delivery which is safer and would arrive with all the pictures secured in place.

To arrange collection of any item that is a pick up only, please email us at info@downtownaccessories.com  once the order has been placed  and we will arrange a time that works for you.
